Deb Swartzendruber is an accomplished Procurement and Materials leader with a broad range of experience in strategic and tactical projects. She is skilled at measuring organizational performance and incorporating cross-team collaboration to ensure positive interactions and aligned competitive advantages. Deb has pursued her education both at Kirkwood Community College, where she studied AA in Liberal Arts and AAS in Retail Management, and at William Penn University, where she received her BA in Business. With extensive experience in leadership positions, Deb has served as Vice President Board of Directors at WASHINGTON COUNTY MINI BUS and has been a Community Volunteer at Hills Elementary School. Her previous work engagements include strategic procurement manager, purchasing agent, professional management, supply chain manager, commodity manager, among others. Deb has also been a former Board of Directors at Institute for Supply Management and President at Institute of Supply Management-Central Iowa. Additionally, she has been a client at Principal Financial Group while serving as Materials Manager at EFCO and Commodity Manager at Crane Co.
