Christina Tippmann is an international development professional with over a decade of experience in large-scale project implementation and global project portfolio management, focusing on economic and private sector development, SME development, business enabling environment, competitiveness, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

She possesses a deep understanding of development needs and challenges in emerging and developing markets, with a background supporting initiatives in economic development, private sector development, health, and public financial management across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South Asia, and Africa.

Christina's expertise includes program management, encompassing project design, budget development, stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, monitoring, and reporting. Additionally, she brings strong analytical and research skills for designing data analysis methodologies, conducting data collection, and performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.

She holds a Master's in International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and a Bachelor's in German/Government from Georgetown University.
