Ignacio Acha García-Noblejas is a seasoned real estate executive with over two decades of experience in the retail industry. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Leasing at RetailCo, a company owned by the Banco Santander Group that manages, develops, and commercializes their real estate assets. Prior to joining RetailCo, Ignacio held various senior leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield for over ten years, including being a Partner and Head of Retail Agency and F&B for Spain. He has also worked as a director for Roan Inmobiliaria and as a Senior Retail Consultant for Aguirre Newman. With his extensive knowledge of the real estate and retail market in Spain, Ignacio has advised on over 450 real estate transactions, ranging from leasing to investments. He is also a frequent guest speaker at specialized retail conferences and courses at institutions such as UCJC. Ignacio possesses a degree in ADE and has completed an MBA and a Marketing diploma at ESERP Business School.
