Hamza Debbarh is a seasoned business development manager and ecosystem builder with over 11 years of experience in leading innovative education and training projects. He currently holds a master's degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from HEC School of Management and a Master's degree in Education Science from Sorbonne University.

Hamza has a diverse background in entrepreneurship, ecosystem facilitation, consulting, training, and NGO engagement. His expertise and experience encompass various areas of impact such as education, employability, ecosystem weaving, high-stakes agile facilitation, and social enterprise. He is also an accomplished researcher and practitioner of B-corps academic principles.

With a skill-set honed by international collaboration and facilitated through Agile methodologies, Hamza's experience spans from setting and delivering winning strategies to team leadership, brand design, and curriculum development. He has founded 3W Academy Maroc and served as an Advisory Board Member at IFIAG, a leading vocational school. He was also an exclusive program ambassador in Morocco at Design for Change and served as a former VP of Innovation and Development at IFIAG, a top-tier vocational training institute.
