Darius Nabors, a seasoned explorer and speaker, has an impressive background of exploration and advocacy for National Parks. With experience rafting the Grand Canyon, trekking up Mauna Loa, and completing the Junior Ranger program in every park, he uses his knowledge to educate all ages about the importance of our nation's parks. Aside from adventuring, Nabors has a diverse professional background. He has worked as the Advertising Specialist at Madwire®, the Founder of 59in59 LLC, and the National Parks Explorer at 59 National Parks in 59 weeks. Nabors has also held various positions at the University of Virginia, such as the Admissions Coordinator at the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy and the Associate Director of Annual Giving at the School of Nursing. Additional experience includes managing the Camping Department at Jax Outdoor Gear Ranch & Home and teaching fourth grade for the Todd County School District. Nabors is a jack of all trades, with a unique blend of outdoor experience and professional skills.
