Cathy Nyce is an experienced leadership coach who specializes in 'front porch leadership', providing a nurturing environment for clients to focus on their values. With over 3 decades of senior executive experience, Cathy works with leaders at all levels to enhance their communication skills and overall success.

Her educational background includes executive leadership coaching, transformational leadership, marketing, public relations, and legal studies from institutions like Georgetown University, The Wharton School, and the University of Baltimore. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Georgia College and State University.

Currently, Cathy serves as a Leadership Coach at Front Porch Leadership, drawing on her rich background as a Communications Consultant and Director of Communications in corporate settings. She has also held roles in marketing, lobbying, and claims management at companies like State Farm® and Maryland Auto Insurance.
