Subrato Guha is a seasoned business development and line management expert with over 25 years of experience in diverse industries and geographies. He is a graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad, where he studied Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical engineering, and Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, where he studied Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.

His professional journey spans across many organizations, where he has consistently delivered top-line and bottom-line results. He has been acknowledged as a leader and contributor to both functional and cross-functional teams, with a remarkable record of successfully leading large-scale transformations.

Prior to his current role as President at BCPPL, Subrato has held a number of key positions such as Vice President - South Zone (RMD) at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (The Times of India Group); Associate Vice President - East Zone (RMD) at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (The Times of India Group); All India Sales Manager/DGM - Marketing - Consumer Adhesives at Pidilite Industries; and Regional Sales Manager at Berger Paints India Ltd.
