Responsible for new device on-boarding & management within Fitbit's Android, iOS & Desktop / web clients. Owner of device facing feature development (such as Connected Exercise & App Notifications on devices like Blaze) and responsible for the connected device experience on all Fitbit devices.*Supported various health partnerships through strategic planning, product development and integration. Partners include United Healthcare & Dexcom. *Grew the device notifications experience based off of consumer demand. *Shipped the app gallery & all user facing SDK experiences for Fitbit’s First smartwatch, Ionic. *Managed a 1 PM & 2 Developer Evangelists focusing on device setup and the Smartwatch SDK while reporting directly to the VP of Product. *Implemented device comms metrics & KPIs for performance improvement measurement & delivered key comms capabilities for the device SDK.

Senior Product Manager - Device Cornerstone

- Responsible for all aspects of the Fitbit Android application, successfully bringing it into feature parity with iOS.* Migrated the entire app look & feel to Material design (‘Android L’) and runtime app permission support (‘Android M’).

Managing development of a stealth hardware / software product. Managing a team of DFM, 3D Modeling, and art consultants. Working with an accelerated startup to develop a product with the intent to bring the product to a crowdfunding platform.

OleoApps was founded with a focus on developing gamified language learning apps for mobile and tablet devices (iOS & Android). Two separate apps were launched spanning a total of eight different language learning combinations targeting both U.S. and international audiences.After a pivot, focus shifted to Blufit. Initially developed as a side project to improve health and fitness at OleoApps. Crowdfunding campaign ran on <a href="http://Indiegogo.com">Indiegogo.com</a> in October 2013. Raised around $75,000.Directly responsible for the following: 	● Initial “Smart Bottle” concept	● Hardware & software prototyping with Bluetooth LE	● Product design (both software & hardware)	● Video production (shooting, editing, scripting, etc)	● Graphic design & branding (logo, app UI, campaign graphics, etc)	● Marketing strategies - for both social and national publications	● Campaign Management (Indiegogo, Facebook, Twitter, etc)

Responsible for developing a program and product management system to evaluate, efficiently explore, and develop employee submitted product ideas. This was designed to increase company creativity and morale following internal re-structuring.

Crowdstar

Product Manager - Employee Product Development

After the successful launch of “Wasteland Empires”,  responsibilities expanded to developing new titles as head of the “Gamer” studio while ensuring “Wasteland” continued to hit its goals. Two mobile titles were launched, one developed from a team member’s hack-a-thon project done during an initiative to convert the team of Flash developers onto mobile technology. This was achieved by dividing the studio into several small teams and running employee focused hack-a-thons divided into shifts.

"Gamer" Studio Head

Given control of a new title from the ground up after successfully pitching the company founders a concept for a post-apocalyptic real time strategy & turn based multiplayer Facebook game. Responsibilities covered all aspects of the product, including product management, game design, aesthetics, high level code architecture, team morale, product marketing, and player experience. “Wasteland” began with a four person team and grew to 25 members over a nine month period. Also responsible for team development, including hiring and firing.

Product Lead / Senior Producer - Wasteland Empires

Ported  & launched four Crowdstar titles on the Japanese social networking platform, Yahoo/Mobage. Responsible for working with Japanese  partners to troubleshoot any cultural localization situations, develop a launch timeline, write software to assist with maintaining branched code, and managing a small team of developers both in house & internationally. All  products were launched on time and this partnership provided 30% of CrowdStar’s total revenue for the next 18 months.

Product Lead - Mobage Product Re-Launches

Promoted to product lead, and was responsible for running Crowdstar’s most successful game and first data driven product. Added additional team members, managed the title, and ran weekly SCRUM sprints, leading to a company record of 8.2 Million Daily Active Users, and record daily revenue unmatched in any other title to date at CrowdStar.

Hired as CrowdStar’s first flash developer. Brought onto “Happy Aquarium” as the second developer shortly after it launched in September of 2009.

Oversaw the Interactive Media of the school's promotion. This included creative representation of all academic programs that the University to had offer.
