Lindsay Croeser

Lindsay Croeser is currently the Africa Assurance Digital Implementation Leader and Associate Director at EY, where she drives the implementation of digital innovations and analytics for the EY Africa Audit practice.

With a background as an experienced Assurance Associate Director, Lindsay has a strong track record in the Assurance industry, particularly in External Audit.

Lindsay's skill set includes Communication, Project Management, Technical Writing, Coaching, Learning and development, Analytics, and Internal Controls.

In addition to her role in Assurance, Lindsay also has experience in the EY Advisory team, specifically in a QRM (Quality & Risk Management) role focusing on enhancing client service and risk management programs through collaboration across service lines and functions.

Her educational background includes a PGDA (Post Grad Diploma in Accounting) from the University of Cape Town, an Advanced Certificate in Taxation from the University of Pretoria, and a BBusSci in CA (Chartered Accountant) Finance Honours from the University of Cape Town.

Previously, Lindsay held roles as a Senior Manager in Advisory Q&RM, Senior Manager in Professional Practice, Implementation & Enablement, Supervisor / Assistant Manager, and Articles in Assurance, all at EY.
