Hailey Bachmann is a multi-talented professional with a background in American Studies and Cultural Politics. She has held various roles in organizations such as JEWISHcolorado, LinkedIn, Steele Creek Insurance and Financial Services, Oracle, and the International Monetary Fund. Hailey has experience in sales, business development, research, event management, and community outreach.

As a Former YAD Manager at JEWISHcolorado, Hailey helped build a diverse and engaged community by building relationships, planning and executing events, and providing leadership and guidance to volunteers. During her time at LinkedIn, she held several roles, including Relationship Manager, Search & Staffing, Senior Sales Consultant, and Sales Solutions Consultant. She utilized her skills in building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering engaging presentations to exceed sales quotas and drive revenue growth.

Hailey's expertise in business development and marketing was further honed during her time at Oracle, where she worked as a Business Development Consultant for the Marketing Cloud team. She helped build and grow relationships with clients and partners, conducted research, and developed strategic plans to meet business objectives. Additionally, she has experience in event and conference management, having interned at the International Monetary Fund and Coexist Foundation.

Through her various roles, Hailey has demonstrated her commitment to community outreach and volunteerism. She served as the VP of Community Outreach for Challah for Hunger and participated in the Research and Administration Internship at the U.S. House of Representatives.
