Saar Kirmayer, a highly experienced engineer, has an extensive background in materials chemistry and physics, including inorganic, organic and hybrid materials. With a Ph.D. and an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Saar has held various positions in well-known institutions – including as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at both UC Berkeley and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. With many years of experience teaching and mentoring, Saar is an out of the box thinker who enjoys solving challenging problems, both alone and as part of a team. He has worked as an R&D Materials Researcher at Landa Labs and as a Battery Innovation Group Leader at StoreDot, among other positions. Skilled in surface chemistry, analytical chemistry, electrochemistry, polymers chemistry and physics, he has mastered dry room proficiency with deep knowledge of UHV processes and microelectronic fabrication. Saar is currently looking for fresh challenges.
