Andrea Franchini has over a decade of experience in the modern-luxury hospitality industry, specializing in brand experience, community and culture programming, and business development. He currently leads the "Culture & Entertainment" team for EDITION Hotels, a distinctive collection of luxury hotels inspired by hotelier Ian Schrager and Marriott International. Andrea's team ensures that each property stays relevant, cultivates the brand's culture, and offers a modern-luxury experience to every guest.

Before his role at EDITION, Andrea was the Director of Culture & Events USA at Grupo Habita and the Director of Events, Partnerships & Development at Hôtel Americano. He also founded AF + Partners and was a founding partner and marketing and sales director at Pizza Roma USA. Andrea studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Università di Roma Tor Vergata.
