Yochai Ibbetson is a highly accomplished and experienced professional in project and product management with a background in polymers and plastics engineering. With a wealth of knowledge in materials, processes, and fabrications, he has worked across a broad range of markets, including medical, construction, military, marine, leisure, and automotive. Yochai has a keen eye for detail and is adept at working across departments using an organization-wide perspective. Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional teams through project planning, design, implementation, and budget. He has also worked directly with suppliers and customers to resolve issues and develop new products.

Yochai obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Polymers & Plastics Engineering from the prestigious Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. He has held several key positions throughout his career, including CTO at EREZ Thermoplastic Products and Technologist - Process R&D Engineer at EREZ Thermoplastic Products. He was also a Technical Advisor/ISO TC SC1 188 committee at SII-the Standards Institution of Israel, Injection Molding design engineer at Koala Health Accessories, and a Survival instructor and Special Forces soldier at Israel Air Force Unit 669.
