As co-head of investment banking, he served on engagements ranging from restructuring of troubled asset (land) portfolios, securing equity for a programmatic joint venture in excess of $100 million, and assisting on the capitalization of an equity fund for a single institutional investor.

Mr. Vallo served as the manager of a $175 million commingled equity fund focused on land investments in the Southeastern United States. He assembled the investment management team, helped in restructuring elements of the fund to enhance on going operations, oversaw the acquisition and asset management teams and worked with senior leaders on investment decision making and investor relations.
