Ron Burke, a US Navy Veteran, ITILV3 Certified Project Manager, and certified ServiceNow system administrator, boasts over 20 years of experience as a Senior IT Professional. His deep technical expertise in Enterprise Wide Applications, with a special focus on ITIL Service Management Systems and Database Management Systems, has made him a seasoned expert in taking complex end-user requirements and translating them to successful on-time and on-budget project completion.

Ron has hands-on experience with Oracle Database assets, including design, installation, monitoring, backup, recovery, troubleshooting, and ongoing activities, as well as Business Process Automation. His experience managing, motivating, and driving large globally dispersed IT Teams comprised of Senior Technical Leads, Developers, and Project Leads showcases his strong inter-personal skills, which are necessary to successfully navigate a highly technical and matrix structured organization.

With in-depth knowledge of ITILv3, Ron has a proven track record of several successful ITIL-driven implementations. He has a strong Project Management acumen based on a solid foundation of analytical and problem-solving skills. This expertise, combined with his ability to envision business and technical perspectives, has helped him develop workable solutions in complex asset databases.
