Andrew Casey is a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions. He has extensive experience in strategy development and transaction execution across various business lines. Andrew currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development - North America at Experian, where he leads inorganic growth initiatives. Prior to this role, he held senior positions at Experian in the UKI & EMEA regions and also worked as an Investment Banker at Banc of America Securities. With a solid educational foundation including an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Physics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Andrew brings a unique blend of expertise to the table. His specialties encompass mergers & acquisitions, strategy, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and cross-border investments. Andrew's diverse professional journey spans both the corporate world and the military, having served as a Captain in the US Army.
