Pamela Fennell

Pamela Fennell is a research associate at the UCL Energy Institute, focusing on large-scale building energy models and their applications to cities in the global south. She is currently engaged in the iNumber project, collaborating between India and the UK to enhance cities' energy efficiency and utility services. Pamela leads the uncertainty and sensitivity analysis work stream for the IEA EBC Annex 70 and co-chairs UCL's Energy and Development Group. Her academic journey includes a PhD and a Master's degree in Energy Demand in the Built Environment from UCL, an MBA from Imperial College London, and engineering studies at University of Cambridge.
