Cynthia Troy is a licensed attorney with a passion for entrepreneurship, intellectual property, and transactional law. With a technical background and dual degrees in Environmental Science and Philosophy from Villanova University, as well as a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law, her interdisciplinary education makes her a unique and valuable asset in her field.
She has a breadth of professional experience in her industry, having served as a Corporate Counsel at TIBCO, as well as worked multiple internships at the Texas Stars Limited Partnership and Epicor Software. Additionally, during her time as a student, she gained experience by becoming the editor-in-chief of the Texas Review of Entertainment and Sports Law, and serving as a Student Attorney at the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic.
Cynthia's skills include legal writing and research, corporate legal affairs, intellectual property law, as well as environmental law, and advocacy. Aside from her professional pursuits, she also taught English at a school in Prague and was awarded an independent research grant while studying at Villanova University.
