He has a Licenciado degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Comercio y Marketing, and his professional journey has seen him own and manage three companies, including H2 Hydroponics, hidrohuerto.com, and SACRO BOSCO.

As the General Manager and Research head of H2 Hydroponics, Rafa leverages his technical expertise in hydroponic farming to drive the company's mission of providing innovative and sustainable agriculture solutions. He previously served as the Director Técnico of hidrohuerto.com, where he honed his skills in managing a team and leading business operations, and as the Owner and Manager of SACRO BOSCO, where his passion for agriculture and landscape design flourished.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Rafa worked as a Trade Marketing Merchandising and In-Store Officer at LEGO, where he spent over a decade executing international marketing and sales strategies. During his tenure, he managed local brand marketing, below-the-line marketing campaigns, and trade marketing programs for clients in the Retail and FMCG channels. He also handled projects related to qualitative and quantitative research, media, advertising, and consumer relationship management.
