Richard Kendall Jones

Richard Kendall Jones is a dedicated and experienced professional with a successful background in various industries such as management, client relations, and process improvement in health care administration, education, small business, and firefighting. Mr. Jones is a former president of the Dallas Nationals Baseball Club and has implemented progress strategies resulting in the growth of the program from 1 team to currently 11 teams, including a showcase recruiting team. He implemented various new processes and established an elective system to give customers a better product and individualized specific instruction. Mr. Jones is recognized as the best youth baseball program in Argyle, TX, and has established a culture of giving back by purchasing baseballs for local high school fall ball programs and portable mounds for local baseball facilities.

Furthermore, Mr. Jones established the calculus program at a highly acclaimed college preparatory school and implemented a higher order thinking strategy by teaching AP Macroeconomics. In addition to instructing at the AP level, he eliminated the use of textbooks and encouraged students to watch instructional videos outside of the classroom to improve retention rates. Mr. Jones subjects taught include AP Macro/Microeconomics, Business Principles, Personal Finance, AP Statistics, Business Management, Dual Credit College Algebra, Dual Credit Calculus, AP Calculus, and U.S. History.

Mr. Jones holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside. He is also currently a CFO at Argyle Pediatrics PLLC.
