Adina Allen has a rich and varied educational background that includes a study of Marine Biology and Environmental Management at The School for Field Studies, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Environmental Studies and Anthropology from Tufts University, a study of Rabbinic Ordination and Masters in Jewish Studies, Rabbinics at Hebrew College, and a study of Talmud at The Conservative Yeshiva.

Throughout her career, Adina Allen has held a number of key leadership positions, including Rabbinic Fellow at Temple Ahavat Achim, CIRCLE Fellow at the Center for Inter-Religious and Communal Leadership, Rabbinic Fellow at Tufts University Hillel, Education Fellow at Brandeis Collegiate Institute, and Chaplain Intern at Hebrew Senior Life Assisted Living Facility. In addition, she has been a contributing writer to several respected publications, including The Huffington Post, Patheos, Sh'ma Now, My Jewish Learning, The Journal for Inter-Religious Dialogue, and State of Formation.
