Audrey Taylor is an accomplished nurse and international development expert, with extensive experience in global health, human rights, and women's and children's safety. Audrey's passion for nursing and international development started in high school, where she volunteered with a Norwegian educational NGO in Tanzania. Since then, Audrey has worked in critical care nursing at various hospitals, including the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital, Saint Mary's Hospital, and Erlanger Medical Center. Audrey's experience in nursing led her to pursue an education in nursing at Southern Adventist University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Associate of Science in Nursing, both with high honors.

Audrey continued her education at UC Berkeley, where she earned a Master of Development Practice degree. Here, she developed valuable skills in impact evaluation, program management, and research, among others. Audrey's multidisciplinary training, extensive international experience, and rich medical background continue to inform her current research in human rights, global health and safety for women and children, and reproductive justice. Audrey has worked with a number of organizations throughout her career, including the Human Rights Center at UC Berkeley School of Law and Human Rights Watch. She currently serves as the Research Manager of the Health & Human Rights Program at the Human Rights Center at UC Berkeley School of Law.
