Reina Juarez is a Clinical, Positive Psychology and Humanistic Psychologist with a passion for advancing Community Mental Health in Higher Education.

She adopts a systems, multidisciplinary, and integrative approach to nurture student development and well-being, striving for sustainable flourishing communities in educational settings.

Reina stays abreast of the latest research in social sciences, humanities, and bio-sciences, applying evidence-based practices to understand human experiences and promote individual and organizational empowerment.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology, Psychology, and Philosophy from the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles.

Currently, Reina Juarez serves as the Director at the University of California San Diego, channeling her expertise to enhance the mental health landscape within the institution.
