Alumni of the University of California, San Diego, Fanelli has worked in various positions in different industries, including Insight Global, the Bay Club Company, and Billabong before working at Empyr and Figg. At Empyr, Fanelli served as both Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Manager, leading and developing recruitment and HR efforts.
