Robert Klijn

Robert Klijn is a seasoned Senior ESG Advisor with years of experience in the global financial industry. He has been with RepRisk since 2010, where he is responsible for Benelux countries leveraging his vast network in the industry. As the CEO of ESG consultancy firm Fair Impact, which he founded in 2010, Robert provides expert advice to clients in the field of ESG investing. He has held various roles within ING Equity Markets and was instrumental in introducing ESG brokerage products in 2002. Robert is the Chairman of the Committee Responsible Investing of the CFA Society VBA Netherlands.

Robert Klijn's qualifications include a CEFA (RBA), Investments and Securities Studies from CFA Society VBA Netherlands, Masters (Drs) in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, as well as studying at Berlingh College.

Throughout his career, Robert has also worked with organizations such as Global Footprint Network, RL Expert - Reputation and Risks Managed, Corporate Knights Inc., and GRESB. He has held numerous executive and sales positions at Ethix SRI Advisors, South Pole Group, oekom research AG, GMI Ratings, and Responsible Research, among others.
