Raghavan Raghuraman is a seasoned software development professional with over 15 years of experience in agile methodologies, project management, and servant leadership. With an educational background spanning from Mumbai University to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, he has a strong technical expertise in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and modern information systems.

Raghuraman has worked primarily in healthcare payer systems, claims, EDI, Health Insurance Exchange, State and Federal, HIPAA, provider, utilization management and clinical care systems domains. However, his expertise expands to other industries, including retail banking, mortgage, energy, and legal business services. He is well-versed in discovering root causes that challenge organizations and has been able to improve productivity by over 100% across teams and projects through his ambition and data-driven approach.
