Kaytia King is a highly accomplished Deputy Director of #IStandWithImmigrants Partnerships of @IAmAnImmigrant and @FWDus, with a wealth of experience managing and leading initiatives in the field of social justice advocacy. She has earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Communications from North Carolina State University, with a passion for storytelling, public speaking, and research. She also pursued Liberal Arts, English, and Women's Studies at Colorado State University and studied at Semester at Sea.

Kaytia has held various leadership roles at FWD.us, including Colorado State Director and Colorado Organizing Manager for Coalitions. She also served as Public Speaking Instructor at NC State University, Communications Research Consultant at the Human Milk Banking Association of North America (HMBANA), Grant Writer at Community Success Initiative, Foreign Correspondent at Pink Pangea, ESL Consultant & Editor at Wall Street Institute, Statistical Data Entry Supervisor, and Research and Technology Desk Attendant at Colorado State University.

Her extensive professional background has allowed her to gain expertise in areas such as partnership management, public speaking, communications, and research. She is passionate about social justice issues, especially advocating for immigrant rights, and is dedicated to creating impactful change through her work in various organizations.
