Rudy Carrasco is a Program Director at M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust where he reviews grant proposals submitted by nonprofits across the Pacific Northwest. He also develops initiatives to increase the quantity of leaders of color on nonprofit boards. Carrasco studied English at Stanford University and has worked in various roles at Harambee Christian Family Center and Partners Worldwide. In addition to his professional pursuits, he enjoys reading great books, including Trillion Dollar Coach, Uncommon Ground, The Politics of Vulnerability, and Brown Church.
