Chandler Hogue is a real estate enthusiast with a passion for commercial real estate development, brokerage, capital markets, and investment. With years of experience under his belt, Chandler has worked with some of the top players in the real estate game, including Newmark Realty Capital Inc., Gemdale USA Corporation, and CNL Financial Group, among others.

Chandler has served in various roles throughout his career, including as a strategic corporate analyst, due diligence intern, and credit analyst intern, to name a few. He has even worked as a consumer loan officer and personal banker at TD, giving him a unique perspective on the financial side of the real estate industry.

When he's not busy building buildings, Chandler serves as co-chair for ULI Los Angeles Young Leaders Group, a collective of more than 600 members. With a focus on governance and collaboration, the group is dedicated to fostering growth, development, and leadership in the real estate industry.

Chandler's academic credentials include an associate's degree in finance from Valencia College and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Central Florida. His extensive experience and expertise in the real estate industry make him a valuable asset to any team.
