He has studied at prestigious educational institutions such as Metropolitan State University of Denver and Pikes Peak Community College, where he obtained multiple degrees and certificates to further his career.

Mr. Droog has worked in various organizations, including his own small business, Droog Systems. As Director of Information Technology at the American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (AAPACN), he has helped lead technology initiatives and optimize the association's digital presence. Before joining AAPACN, he worked as an IT Project Manager and Web Specialist at Metropolitan State University, where he oversaw web design, development, and maintenance.

As a former Summer Internship and Student Web Developer at Metropolitan State University, he gained valuable experience in web design and development. He also worked in the construction industry, where he completed an internship in carpentry and learned welding at Pikes Peak Community College.
