Graeme Steverson

Graeme Steverson is a seasoned Transport Planner with over 25 years of experience in Australia and internationally. He has worked both in the private and public sectors and has an impressive technical background in strategic transport planning, corridor management, transport master planning, and planning for pedestrians and public transport. His vast experience in the consulting industry has enabled him to develop citywide and state-wide transport strategies and event transport plans for 11 major world events, including five Olympics, two Paralympics, two Rugby World Cups, and two Commonwealth games. His expertise in transport planning and operations, citywide planning, and event management has allowed him to work on significant projects in several cities worldwide, including Sydney, Tokyo, Madrid, Perth, Auckland, London and the Gold Coast.

Graeme has played an important role in organizations across the globe, including being the Technical Director for Planning and Mobility at WSP, City Operations Manager and Team Manager Olympic Park Last Mile at London 2012, Technical Executive - Integrated Transport Planning at WSP, and NSW Team Manager - Traffic, and Transport Planning at WSP, to name a few. He has been responsible for developing transport strategies that have supported various master plans for Sydney Olympic Park since 2003. Graeme has studied MEngSc in Transport Planning from the University of New South Wales and BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Newcastle.
