Chittransh Verma is a dynamic investment professional with a diverse background in finance and management. With extensive experience in SPAC and IPO listings, primaries and secondaries for PEVC funds, capital raising and M&A in private and public markets, investments in seed-stage startups and creating financial instruments, Verma brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Verma obtained his Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow and went on to attain a Master's in International Business from BIRLA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY (BIMTECH).

Verma has held various leadership roles in prestigious organizations such as ARC Group as a Managing Partner - India, Fluid Ventures as a Partner, ABUISSA HOLDING as a Manager - New Initiative (Family office), and Bosch India as a Graduate Engineering Trainee. He has contributed to the creation of SPACs with sponsors, incubated early-stage startups, advised in setting up Family offices and companies, created partnerships through JV structures, seeded investments in various startups, and invested in travel as a category and country expansion.
