Jason has also provided consultation services to companies, acting as an interim CFO, part-time CFO, or acting CFO for over 55 businesses in the growth stage. His recent work includes working as a partner at TechCXO where he has honed his specialization in buy/sell M&A, sell-side preparation, capital fundraising, business process automation, strategic planning, budgeting and reporting, financial modeling, audit preparation, and due diligence.
