Alejandra Guzman is a multifaceted professional with a broad range of experience spanning the non-profit, business, and entertainment industries. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Economics from Brown University, and has studied abroad in Prague. Her career has included roles as a former Senior Manager and Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum, Director of Investments at Dynamo Capital, VP of Business Development at Primum Entertainment Group, among others. Guzman is also a co-founder and COO of Courage Rocks, a non-profit organization that supports children in their journey through illness.

As a Certified Integral Coach, Guzman has mentored at Seedstars and worked closely with Omidyar Network, focusing on leadership development and training. She is passionate about outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing and serves on the Social Media Council. Her interests range from neuroscience and economics to art and politics, making her a dynamic and versatile asset to any team.
