Ellen Grubert is a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience in the industry. She is currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Realtor, ABR, SRES, Notary and a core part of the Ellen + Janis Real Estate Team at Compass. Ellen's career kicked off in 1988 when she began selling real estate in Boston's South End neighborhood. With her enthusiastic and service-oriented approach, she quickly established herself as an authority in the industry. Ellen is among the top 4% of all Coldwell Banker sales agents worldwide and has frequently been in the President's Elite and Circles. She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, but her skills extend far beyond that. Ellen has excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, honed through her Master of Arts degree in Business Communication from Emerson College and her undergraduate degree in Psychology from State University of New York College at Oneonta. She is also SRES certified and serves on the Greater Boston Association of Realtors Education Committee.
