Daniel Callaghan is a seasoned HR tech founder and CEO at Veremark, a leading pre-employment screening and blockchain ID company. He has a rich educational background, including an MBA in Finance and Strategy from IESE Business School, an MBA in General Management from Yale School of Management, and BA Dual Hons in European Studies and French from the University of Durham.

Before launching Veremark, Daniel played a senior innovation role at a Fortune 500 recruitment company, and built Talmix, one of Europe's earliest freelance marketplaces. He is an internationally published author on career development and a frequent keynote speaker on various topics, including HR technology, digital transformation, the future of work, and blockchain applications.

Aside from his work at Veremark, Daniel is also an angel investor and advisor to early-stage ventures, accelerators, VC funds or trade bodies, and a former founding partner at Workplace Accelerator. He served as Chairman - Digital Economy Committee at European Chamber of Commerce, Singapore (EuroCham Singapore) and was Head of Asia Pacific - Adecco Group X at The Adecco Group.
