Lea Hagglund is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in psychology, French, and recruitment. She studied Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French at UCSB and pursued Advanced French Language and Literature at Université Paris-Sorbonne. She started her career as a Summer Intern at Cassidy Turley and later worked as a Research Assistant at UCSB Department of Counseling, Clinical, & School Psychology. She also served as a Recruiting Coordinator at Weebly and former Recruiting at Zenefits before joining SPMB where she currently holds the position of Director.

At SPMB, Lea has held several positions, advancing from an analyst to a senior analyst, and now onto the executive team as a Director. Her commitment to the industry and her expertise have allowed her to progress quickly in her career.

Lea's professional experience and skills include, French language and literature, psychology, recruitment coordination, and research & analysis. In her free time, Lea enjoys exploring the outdoors and traveling.
