I am responsible for managing the organisational training plan; monitoring & reporting on stats, sourcing, coordinating & evaluating training courses & facilitators. I recently developed and implemented a new training attendance policy
I also deliver Induction Training to all new recruits and conduct Assessment Centres for new job applicants
I act as investigating officer in all investigatory matters to ensure there is a set standard across the organisation; providing senior management with reports & recommendations.
I Log, analyse & report on near misses, accidents & incidents highlighting issues that require further action.
