Jim Kappes has over 20 years of experience in the broadband, consumer, and PayTV service provider markets. He is known for driving dominant market share and revenue growth through innovative and differentiated product definition, cross-functional team leadership, partner ecosystem building, and comprehensive product and go-to-market strategies. Kappes has a deep understanding of technology and products in 5G wireless broadband, satellite TV, and consumer market segments. He holds an MBA in Marketing from UNLV Lee Business School, a BS in Nuclear Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Kappes has served as the Director of Product Management at Inseego Corp and worked as a Business Strategy Consultant with JAK Consulting. He also held various leadership roles in marketing, product line management, business development, and engineering at companies such as MaxLinear, Symwave, Conexant Systems, Duke Engineering & Services, and TiMesh, Inc.
