Melanie Kraus is a highly accomplished program manager with an impressive background in the technology industry. She began her academic journey with a European Baccalaureate that emphasized philosophy, English, biology, French, Latin, history, geography, and art. She later went on to earn a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Languages, with a 2:1 from the prestigious University of Manchester. Melanie's former professional experiences include senior consulting for Technology Scouting Services at Deloitte and experiential marketing management at MassChallenge. As the EA to the Country Manager of Facebook Israel, she played a key role in executing administrative responsibilities for one of the world's largest tech firms. Melanie later moved on to become the EMEA University Relations & Programs Specialist at Google, where she used her organizational skills to develop effective programs. Currently, Melanie is a program manager for the Deloitte Launchpad, where she works to develop and implement innovative strategies.
