Christina Wang is an accomplished treasury executive with a wealth of experience in Capital, Liquidity, Funding and Securitization, ALM, and Funds Transfer Pricing across large and medium-sized Canadian Banks and Credit Unions. She is a sophisticated capital markets professional with deep knowledge and experience in the global capital and funding markets. Christina has led the growth of the bank's global funding platform from infrequent issuer to global issuer in 5 currencies and multiple channels, including creating dealer relationship programs and global investor out-reach programs. Moreover, she has overseen new funding program creation and led the marketing and execution of covered bond (global), Credit card ABS (US market), and HELOC ABS (Canadian market). Christina also possesses strong technical knowledge of MBS, CMB, ABS, covered bond, senior debt and Capital instruments (NVCC sub-debt and preferred share), among other areas. Furthermore, she has contributed to the Canadian, and US (IHC) Recovery and Resolution Planning as a treasury subject matter expert.

Christina's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA), General Management and Strategy from the University of Wales, Newport, Wales, UK, a Master of Arts (MA) in English Language and Literature from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English language, and literature from Wuhan University of Technology. She also studied for a certificate in TD Executive Leadership Build for the Future at Ivey Business School at Western University.
