Data Center Data Science Portfolio Manager/
As the portfolio manager for our data center's 100-person data science team, I supported 60 programs focused on building tooling and automation solutions for our 5M+ data center fleet. During this time I partnered with our TPMs and stakeholders to provide:

-  roadmap planning support
-  strategic communications
-  KPI measurement

Quality Management System/
A tool that provided a quantitative measurement of the performance of our entire global sales operation. We grew this to be responsible for 10k audits/month and drove 94% adoption. Through our efforts we were able to identify the performance drivers to increase revenue 18% QoQ.

Pitch Wizard/
Pitch Wizard is our sales recommendation engine used my call center agents to provide the best advertising recommendation to our customers. During this time I streamlined operational workflows for sales recommendation product driving $4B in revenue.

Channel Marketing/
Channel Marketing was our mass email product used to communicate with our 10M advertisers. In this role I planned and led scrums for their outbound email marketing product increasing delivery rate and CTR.

Ops360/
Ops360 is a dashboard that provided executive level insights to our data center leaders to understand the health of our business. I led this program from ideation to launch by supporting the build of 20+ data pipelines that provided insights on key business metrics.

Capacity360/
Capacity 360 was a program that ensured timely delivery of server racks to our data centers. During Covid I led the initiative to reduce the rack deficit of our 5M+ servers enabling us to ensure the Facebook family of apps was maintained during unprecedented times.

Battalion Force Protection Officer

- Chief-of-Operations and direct supervisor of 22 personnel responsible for the planning and implementation of programs for a 323-member organization. Responsible for managing partnerships with foreign government and military during our tenure at the peak of the Arab Spring. Hand selected by an executive leader for this role 5 years ahead of career path.
-  Led creation and implementation of 22 programs which addressed communications and logistics inefficiencies. Produced country’s first joint security program and led collaboration and implementation with decision makers from the Navy, NCIS, and Bahrain Defense Force.
-  Led planning and implementation for 187 mission critical projects with a 0% failure rate.
-  Created a training program for our operations division that was #1 in the Middle East with a 93% readiness rating.
-  Raised $15 million in funding for construction projects to improve defenses for two missile sites. Sourced vendors and awarded contracts to 4 suppliers to engineer site defense.
-  Rated by executive leadership as “top 1% of officers in 13 year career” with “unlimited potential.”

Battalion Operations Officer (Director of Operations)

- Led daily operations for the battalion’s tactical headquarters and held the single point of responsibility for all tactical operations. Led missile operations with strategic level implications for a 376-member organization. Direct supervisor of 12 personnel.
-  Created operations and communications systems for two new Patriot missile sites for first Patriot deployment to United Arab Emirates. Integrated communication channels to existing Air Force infrastructure creating first joint air picture.
-  First officer in 10 years to successfully win Weapons and Tactics Instruction, an annual joint exercise. Led planning for ground defense and led two subordinate missile sites in executing defense plan.
-  Created and implemented a training system that ranked #1 and achieved a 91% readiness rating.
-  Hand-selected by executive leader to attend the Air Defense Artillery Fire Control Officer Course and completed course as an honor graduate. Ranked by executive leadership as a Captain that “will command a very successful Patriot unit.”

Tactical Director (Senior Program Manager)

- Second-in-command of Patriot Missile Battery responsible for the operations and logistics of 90 soldiers with the ability to deploy in 96 hours. Managed logistics support, resource allocation, training records, personnel files, and planning.  Accounted for over $80 million in property and equipment.  Director of supply, information systems, safety, physical security, and recycling programs.
-  Led the #1 ranked crew for Patriot technical operations in battalion out of 24 officers. Hand-selected by battalion leadership to be the first Patriot crew to deploy to Bahrain. Recommended by executive leadership to “promote and school ahead of peers.”
-  Rebuilt dysfunctional maintenance system and raised operational readiness from 81% to 95%.

Battery Executive Officer (Lead Program Manager)

- Led 18-person team to train and certify 4 Patriot missile crews on the Patriot missile system. Provided oversight for $15 million worth of Patriot equipment. Maintained security clearance records for 90 soldiers in the organization.
-  Created training system that certified 4 Patriot crews in 3 months which was the fastest among 5 comparable units.
