Supervises new development and renovation projects, leads acquisitions, and asset manages various properties.Led the acquisitions of The James and Elysium Fourteen.  Managed all due diligence efforts for the acquisitions - both of which were 1031 transactions.  The James is a brand new 236-unit apartment building located in Annapolis, Maryland.  The purchase price was $75.6M.  Elysium Fourteen is mixed-use property that includes 56 Class A apartment units and more than 20k sf of ground floor retail and is located on the 14th Street corridor of Washington, DC.  The purchase price was $43M.  Directed TOPA efforts for the Elysium Fourteen acquisition.  Led the renovation of the Dominion Apartments, a historic tax credit rehabilitation project, which was a near complete renovation to the existing 188-unit apartment building and its systems.  Currently overseeing the lease up of the apartment building as well as the leasing and fit out of the retail spaces.  Led the successful renovation and repositioning of The Graham at Southern Towers, an occupied 459-unit high-rise apartment building that included extensive work in units and common areas and replacement of major building systems.  Oversaw the master planning and rezoning of Southern Towers, a multi-year effort which added 400,000 square feet of mixed-use density to the site.

Managed a national portfolio of multifamily properties.  Oversaw the strategy, operations, and dispositions of these assets.  Monitored financial performance, wrote business plans, performed weekly property calls with management, monitored leasing, capital expenditures, and other property level issues.
