Ian Hoppe

Ian Hoppe, an award-winning journalist and CEO of Condoit, comes from a background with over 11 years of experience in the electrical industry as a contractor and engineering designer. With a lifetime of knowledge of electrical configuration, Hoppe left his career to focus on Condoit, where he offers his electrical expertise to homeowners and buyers in Alabama. In addition to his extensive experience, Hoppe received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Economy from the University of Alabama.

During his six years as a journalist, director, host, and managing producer for a regional news organization, Hoppe won two Emmys and numerous other awards for his work. Additionally, he worked as a staff writer, video producer, data analyst, and videographer for Alabama Media Group. Before transitioning to journalism, Hoppe worked as an electrician, draftsperson, Revit operator, and lighting designer at several prominent electrical engineering firms.
