Benjamin Matthews is a seasoned design leader with a passion for simplifying complex systems and creating innovative, visually appealing experiences that deliver value and delight to users. With a BS in Art & Design from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Matthews has held various design and UX roles in both corporate and startup environments, including Senior Director of Design at Adobe, Director of UX at LG Electronics Silicon Valley Lab, Lead Mobile UX Designer at eBay, Senior Art Director at Razorfish, and Principal/Creative Director at Benjamin Matthews Design.

Matthews excels in defining and solving the right problem to meet user and business needs, with expertise in both interaction and visual design. A highly collaborative professional, Matthews blends management experience with creative and technical skills to lead projects from inception through completion. Currently heading up the design team for Adobe Spark, he is also proficient in all levels of design execution, using the appropriate fidelity and delivery mechanisms to effectively communicate the product story.
