Debbie Spero is a seasoned IT consultant and recruitment specialist with experience partnering with senior executives and HR managers to hire top technical talent in some of the largest corporations across various industries. Her background includes working on major staffing initiatives for financial services and marketing for computer hardware companies. She specializes in cybersecurity, IT security, infrastructure, development, architecture, business analysis, project management, QA, and database administration, among other areas. Debbie has a BS in Business Administration from Baruch College and has studied at Hewlett High School and Jacksonville University. She is currently the Manager of Sales and New Business Development-IT Staffing at Aegistech, having previously been the Director of Staffing at Goldman Sachs and held sales/marketing positions at Sequent Computers and Stratus Computer.
