Trained and guided stakeholder teams in implementing research in their work and conducting parts of the research on their own.
Initiated and conducted research focused on changing customer reading and listening needs and behaviours in the beginning of the global pandemic. The results of the project informed Blinkist's content offering in this special time.
Developed the content research practice at Blinkist. 
Led research for the Shortcasts project from ideation, through creation, launch and adoption.
