- Evaluate CLO tranche investments – created evaluative model that quickly assesses the risk and quality of loan portfolio integrating data from Moody’s Analytics, Bloomberg and PineBridge’s  proprietary Credit Analysis Platform “CAP” platform.  Evaluative model performs short-term stress testing scenarios based upon different macro economic assumptions.  Accesses relative value of investment.  Review CLO indentures and offering memorandums.   Run internal break-even cash flows using Moody's Analytics.
- Monitor performance of CLO tranche portfolios.   Work with PM to review month-end prices and challenge when necessary.
- Work as senior analyst with PineBridge CLO portfolio managers to assist with CLO indenture review and interpretation to optimize portfolios.
- Prepare annual and five-year Leveraged Loan group revenue forecast.  Update annual forecasts on a monthly basis with management fee accruals for each fund.
- Maintain the team’s loan default and recovery database.
- Coordinate with PineBridge marketing team in responding to RFPs.
- Modeled cash flows for CMOA, the firm’s CLO risk retention solution.  CMOA document review.
- Independently forecast CLO payments to verify Trustee’s priority of payments.  Review monthly CLO trustee reports and oversee investment compliance testing for the Leveraged Loan portfolios.

PineBridge Investments

Managing Director - Portfolio Analytics

- Manage operations team of 11 employees.  Team settles bank loan and high yield bond trades for 15 CLO portfolios (12 US and 3 European), two co-mingled funds, and several separately managed accounts aggregating to approximately $7 billion in AUM.  Track positions in Wall Street Office (“WSO”), monitor compliance tests for the CLOs, and reconcile with loan par, cash, and attributes with custodians and trustees.
- Independently forecast CLO payments to verify Trustee’s priority of payments.  Review monthly CLO trustee reports and oversee investment compliance testing for the Leveraged Loan portfolios.
- Prepare monthly SMA client reports using macro driven Excel models.
- Prepare annual and five-year Leveraged Loan group revenue forecast.  Update annual forecasts on a monthly basis with management fee accruals for each fund.
- Oversee Leveraged Loan Team’s monthly evaluation process, including price feeds, price reviews, fair asset valuations, and portfolio manager signoff.  Serve as member of PineBridge’s Global Valuations Committee.
- Manage monthly performance reporting for Leveraged Loan Team, consisting of three GIPS composites and eight performance aggregates, which are measured against the S&P Leveraged Loan Index, the S&P ELLI, and other custom benchmarks.  Performance reporting includes attribution top-level analysis.  Member of PineBridge GIPS regional steering committee.
- Perform CLO cash flow break-even analysis using Intex and Moody’s Analytics.
- Maintain the team’s loan default and recovery database.
- Coordinate with PineBridge marketing team in responding to RFPs.

Managing Director - Head of Leveraged Loan Operations / Portfolio Analytics

- In addition to loan operations as described above, participated in CDO investing.  Evaluated
other fund manager’s CDOs  (CLOs and CBOs) for inclusion in AIG’s CDO portfolio.  Targeted
- A” and “BBB” rated tranches.  Worked with underwriters to obtain break-even default rates.  Utilized Intex for internal  cash flow projections and breakeven analysis.
- Evaluated the CDO manager’s investment process, operations processes, default and
recovery track record, and performance history.
- Participated in AIG’s quarterly CDO portfolio reviews, which consisted of running updated
stress cash flow scenarios on Intex to obtain current default break-evens.  Reviewed
underlying portfolios for CCC exposure and excess default levels.

AIG Global Investment Group - Leveraged Loan Group

Managing Director - Head of Leveraged Loan Operations

- Settled trades (ABS, CLO, and leveraged loan trades).
- Deployed Wall Street Office (“WSO”) software in 1999 to track loan investments in the team’s
CLOs, monitor investment compliance, and track investment performance.
- Prepared annual NAIC designation update filings and Reg U filings.

SunAmerica Corporate Finance

Managing Director, Operations

- Prepared the internal Monthly Management Book, which included loan unit and dollar volume,
aged accounts, and portfolio yields by region.
- Annual budgeting – developed a budgeting model using BMS Minitplan software.  Included
expense roll-up and full revenue forecast based on sales inputs.
- Oversaw the firm’s telecom equipment.  Participated in several office moves, including site
selection, lease negotiation, space planning, telecom setup, and the physical office move.
