Joe Burns is a seasoned biomedical engineer, researcher, and neuroscientist who is passionate about helping people suffering from hearing and balance problems. He has an impressive academic background with a Bachelor's and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the prestigious University of Virginia. Joe also studied the Analytical, Quantitative, and Light Microscopy Course at the Marine Biological Laboratory, where he gained crucial insights into light microscopy equipment and techniques.

After completing his doctoral studies, he joined the National Institutes of Health as an IRTA Postdoctoral Fellow, where he honed his research skills and contributed to several research projects.
