Joe Policella is a certified Scrum Master and a digital delivery specialist who currently works at NTT DATA's Digital Office. With his expertise in deploying innovative digital solutions like Social Media, IoT, Legacy Modernization, Hybrid Cloud, Robotic Automation, and DevSecOps, he helps organizations achieve their desired goals. Policella has a broad range of skills, from architectural analysis to agile software development, and well practised in rapid prototyping and piloting techniques such as hackathons, continuous integration build environments, behavioural-driven development, etc.

Policella studied M.S. in Computer Engineering at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and B.S. in Electrical Engineering at Penn State University. He started his career as a Software Engineer at Singer-Link/CAE/Hughes Training Inc and served as the Director of Innovation - Insurance Consulting at NTT DATA Services. Policella's experience and skills have made him an expert in areas such as DevOps, IoT, Agile Methodologies, Software Development, and more.
